Jan leads Merck’s Patient Innovation & Engagement organization comprised of Patient Insights, Patient & Consumer Experience, and Patient and Caregiver Alliances & Advocacy globally. She has been in the pharmaceutical industry over 30 years, serving in sales, training, marketing, and operational leadership roles. Jan has a bachelor's in Nursing from the University of Illinois Medical Center, an MBA from Lake Forest College, and a Masters of Science in Population Health from Thomas Jefferson University. She also serves as an Executive Board member for an NGO in Nicaragua, Clinica Verde.
