Diane Cooney of CGI started her career as a writer, before moving into consulting. With communication as her foundation, Diane’s interest evolved into understanding how strategy impacts planning and performance, and how culture influences our perception of our world. Her consulting experience includes change management, project management, business analysis and process redesign. She has an MBA and a graduate certificate in Strategic Communications from Villanova University.
